[RISOLTO] Touchpad macbook

Ciao a tutti. Come da topic ho istallato ubunyu hardy sul mio macbook intel. Mi sto arrabattando x cercare di configurare al meglio il touchpad, inseguendo la filosofia apple del tasto destro usando 2 tasti appoggiati sul touchpad. Seguendo il wiki ho modificato l' xorg.conf ma mi sembra o sbalio che il touchpad segua comunque le opzioni immesse nel gestore grafico di gnome (Sistema > Preferenze > mouse > touchpad.
Qualche suggerimento

Ciao!
Credo che tu debba dapprima scaricare i moduligiusti per la configurazione del tuo touchpad...prova a fare una ricerca in quel senso

in effetti io ho avuto un po' lo stesso problema:
inizialmente mi aveva riconosciuto il mio touchpad (non e un mac), dopo aver messo in ordine la scheda video ho dovuto ricompilare il file xorg.conf, anzi, me lo ha ricompilato automaticamente, ed e li che alcune funzioni del mio touchpad non funzionavano piu, perche lui aveva cambiato le impostazioni dello xorg.conf per utilizzare degli altri driver o per meglio dire moduli...io ho fatto cosi, ho preso le stringhe riguardanti il touchpad dal vecchio xorg.conf e le ho messe nel nuovo. cosi facendo all'avvio dle mio pc mi andava a caricare i giusti driver e tutto funzionava...
quello che penso e che tu metti le strighe giuste nello xorg.conf, pero non hai i driver corrispondenti, o cmq lui non trovandoli va a prendere i "meno peggio"...e solo una mia supposizione...

in pratica dovresti farti dare lo xorg da qualcuno a cui il touchpad va... e copiare la parte del touchpad e metterla al posto di quella tua.. ;)

ok ho risolto! Non è che non funzionava, è che funziona differentemente dal mac. Sul mac tieni due dita sul touchpad e poi clicchi il tasto, al contrario con ubuntu colpisci il touchpad con 2 dita in contemporanea.
