Salve ragazzi. Sto usando Ubuntu da poco, sulla mia PS3.
Non ho ancora un televisore HD (sul TV HD ho provato, Si vede una bellezza, ma devo ancora fare i soldi per comprare una HD), sono rimasto al vecchio televisore.
Sulla mia TV, invece, vedo come se tutto ballasse, come se ogni pixel andasse sopra e sotto in meno di un secondo. Come posso impostare in qualche modo Ubuntu per far sì che questo dannoso e fastidioso effetto svanisca?
Ho già provato a cambiare la risoluzione ma niente, ci sono solo quei valori e non me la fa cambiare.

Ovviamente è tutto un problema di frequenza errata

Molto strano il tuo Xorg... (ovviamente è uno Xorg inerente alla PS3)

Comunque devi provare a cambiare i valori HorizSync e VertRefresh.
Inoltre ho visto che non hai una modeline. Devi provare ad aggiungerla sotto ad HorizSync e VertRefresh.
Qual'è la risoluzione massima che può raggiungere la tua TV? Che driver hai installato?
Per la PS3 sul wiki, c'è una sezione dedicata. Hai provato a guardare anche la?

Non so cosa sia una modeline.
Non ho installato alcun driver (durante l'installazione ho usato il loader per mettere Ubuntu ma non penso che centra qualcosa).
No, non ho visto Wiki. ne avevo ignorato l'esistenza. o.o

Edit: Che valori devi inserire al posto di
        HorizSync 28-51
VertRefresh 43-60  ?
E se qualcosa andasse storto e non vedo più niente?

Ancora una cosa, come faccio a modificare quei valori? E' di sola lettura...
