Vorrei farla funzionare ma nulla,ho provato con vari programmi tipo:Kaffeine,xawtv,tvtime,mythtv,ma nulla,anzi solo una volta la prima direi che ho lanciato xawtv mi è partita ma come ho chiuso adesso nn mi riparte neppure il programma,mentre tutti gli altri nn la vedono,come posso risolvere???

dmesgProbabilmente Xawtv ha preso delle impostazioni errate; prova a vedere se hai nella "home" un file nascosto che si chiama .xawtv > sono le impostazioni di xaw ma contengono anche le impostazioni di default della scheda tv

- TV norm > PAL-I
- Video Source > Television
- Frequency table > italy
Con la freccia "su" scansiona i canali - dovresti trovare quasi subito RAI1

cmq lo stesso errore lo da se faccio senza dare card=26
P.s l'unica novità e che adesso il led della scheda si è accesa
altra cosa xawtv è stato rimosso e reinstallato ma quando l'avvio nn succede nulla
invece se l'avvio da terminale con comando xawtv
mi esce:

Ci dev'essere un problema con il driver così non si crea la device /dev/video0 e xawtv non trovandola va in errorecointreau ha scritto: allora appena do il codice sudo modprobe em28xx card=26

Prova a reinstallare il driver come ha fatto jonicus qui:

Sembra quasi che manchi il file di configurazione del modulo irda-utils (dev'essere il modulo che gestisce la porta infrarossi del pc)cointreau ha scritto: ho seguito tutto quello che mi avete detto,ma alla fine al passo sudo modprobe em28xx

Dicono di rinominare il file ??? Non so cosa centri con la sk dvb-t ma sembra che questo blocchi il comando modprobe

Questo però non dovrebbe inficiare il funzionamento della sk tv (infatti l 'em28xx è presente sui moduli caricati); l'unica opzione da aggiungere (anche se dovrebbe funzionare lo stesso) doveva essere card=26 cioè "Hercules Smart TV USB 2.0" che ha lo stesso id prodotto/produttore della tua (eb1a:2820 eMPIA Technology) anche se cambia il contenitore esterno.
E' strano perciò che non ti funzioni; hai riprovato anche con tvtime? (lascia stare kaffeine, che è per le sk. dvb-t e mythtv che è un disastro da configurare)

La tua sk, anche se ha lo stesso ID della Hercules, dovrebbe essere invece una "Kworld PVR TV 2800 RF"
