Io avrei bisogno di una guida passo passo per installare il pacchetto software di una USB DVB-T Stick Geniatech T328. Sul wiki video4linux ho trovato il pacchetto AF9015 con il quale ho installato il firmware e il sistema vede la periferica ma installando Kaffeine o Me tv e tutti i pacchetti che fanno riferimento al DVB-T i software non rilevano la periferica. Se faccio una scansione dei driver il sistema vede il firmware correttamente installato. Compilando il sofwtare seguendo la guida del wiki oltretutto durante l'installazione di tutti i firmware presenti nel pacchetto mi dava a un certo punto un messaggio di errore. Dovrei ancora fare un ultimo tentativo rimuovendo e reinstallando da capo i driver video e gli spcaa e vedere un po se compilando di nuovo non mi dia più il messaggio di errore comunque se qualcuno c'è già riuscito ben vengano due dritte.

Se bastasse il firmware per af9015 kaffeine o me-tv ti avrebbero rilevato la periferica...
Sul wiki di LinuxTV.org figura tra le non supportate  (bad)

Edit: ma se ricompilo il kernel ed inserisco il modulo usbtest me la rileva la scheda dvb?

ragazzi ho provato anche questa guida http://code.google.com/p/r5000-for-linu ... README?r=8 mettendo quel firmware con il comando fxload.. questa mi cambia l'id da

il problema è che quando faccio "dmesg | grep dvb" non trova niente comunque.. qualche suggerimento grazie?

In pratica, credo, tu abbia riprogrammato la scheda facendola diventare una di quelle sopra...però sull'elenco delle periferiche, nel modulo del kernel, è descritta come:

vendor: 0547 ("Anchor Chips, Inc."), product: 1002 ("Python2 WDM Encoder")

...cosa molto generica che non fa riferimento a nessuna delle penne suesposte  :-\

proviamo...

installa il pacchetto: linux-firmware-nonfree; riavvia senza penna; inserisci la penna, apri il terminale e digita: posta il risultato...

il problema è he ogni volta che riavvio mi ritorna il vecchio ID 'cypress'.. guarda qui
(ho eliminato gli altri dati superflui)
ho installato quei driver ma niente ..

che gli manda pacchetti ma non riceve? per me quel firmware che gli ho messo tramite fxload non è per la mia scheda anche se ha l'id uguale.. comunque grazie lo stesso, sei stato gentilissimo!

Infatti quell'ID corrisponde a quello dell'interfaccia USB che ho visto essere uguale a quello di altri device tipo macchine fotografiche , navigatori gps, etc. 

Se trovo qualcosa ti aggiorno...
