problema scheda audio

ciao a tutti, ho 1 prb con la scheda audio del mio pc fisso e nn saprei dove mettere mano.se provo a cliccare sull'icona dell'auticolare mi dice:
No volume control GStreamer plugins and/or devices found.
sapete ke cosa devo fare? grazie
