HP Laserjet 1018

uso Ubu 10.04.
Ho scaricato i driver(?) hplip 3.11.7 e li ho installati con lo script hplip 3.11.7.run.
Nononstante ciò, non posso stampare.
dalla diagnostica ottengo gli errori come da testo allegato.
Che posso fare?

Ora che li hai installati, apri un teminale e scrivi
seleziona il tipo di collegamente, credo che ti usi usb e fai sempre next.

Ti rimando a questa discussione che ho aperto io chiedendo la stessa cosa tua sulla 1020:

in pratica necessiti di un ulteriore plugin, che dovrebbe scaricare in automatico, ma purtroppo il sito dove si trovavano questi plugin è down al momento e quindi non puoi fare niente, non ti resta che aspettare, credo che tra 2 settimane sarà tutto risolto.
