Problema con stampante "Canon LBP3010" AIUTO!

Ragazzi sto provando tutti i modi per istallare la stampante, ma niente! Prima ho provato con i driver proprio dal sito della canon, poi con tre diversi driver presi da internet e consigliati sui forum per la mia stampante. In pratica adesso la stampante è come se fosse solo riconosciuta dal programma STAMPA però non lavora! Non mi stampa, i lavori rimangono in queque senza mai attivarsi! Aiutatemi ,grazie in anticipo.

Il modello preciso della mia stampante è questo! (Bus 001 Device 003: ID 04a9:26da Canon, Inc.).
In caso andrebbe benissimo anche se avete da postarmi una pagina dove spiegano come istallare alla perfezione i driver e quali! Grazie in anticipo!

Bastava scaricare i driver dal sito ufficiale della canon. Credo che tu debba ripristianre la situazione precedente e procedere ad installare l'ultima versione dei driver capt

l'HO FATTO! La stampante viene riconosciuta, l'ultimo passaggio, ovvero quello di stampa non va! Lo stato della stampante rimane in peending!

Forse non è stata aggiornata la lista ma teoricamente dovrebbe andare  (yes)

Cancella tutti i processi di stampa, e prova a controllare se è stata selezionata come predefinita

I processi di stampa sono stati cancellati tutti, la stampante è predefinita. Quando richiedo una stampa esce fuori la preview e quando premo il bottone stampa il foglio rimane in pending. La stampante come ti ho scritto prima viene riconosciuta e tutto! Il problema è proprio l'ultimo passaggio, 1 secondo prima di stampare il foglio va in pending.

Prova ad utilizzare un'altra versione di cups  :) Ma prima di provare questo, testa la tua stampante con il live cd di ubuntu e verifica se stampa o meno  ;)

Pensa come se stessi parlando con un neofita, non ho chiaro quello che intendi informaticamente parlando! Comunque come faccio a testare con il live cd? O meglio se faccio partire il sistema da usb, posso installare i driver di stampa?

La risposta alla tua domanda sulla live usb è sì (ubuntu persistente)

...ho fatto partire il sistema con il live cd (da usb) e nella definizione della stampante mi si raccomanda di usare driver generici e modalità 'text'.
Fatto questo lancio la pagina di prova ed esce un messaggio già visto nelle varie prove precedenti:

'CUPS Server error. There was an error during the CUPS operation: 'client-error-document-format-not-supported'

Ieri ho provato pure ad installare i driver Turboprint, ma nella solita definizione della stampante manca la mia 3010 e quindi non posso fare nulla.
