[Wireless] Installare Adattatore Sitecom 300N WLA 4000 v1

Salve a tutti,
sono nuovo del forum.
Non riesco a installare sul mio PC fisso con a bordo Ubuntu 11.04 la chivetta WIFI Sitecom 300N WLA 4000 v1.
La stessa viene riconosciuta in quanto compare nella lista che compare a seguito del comando lsusb.
Potete aiutarmi?è abbastanza importante.

controlla bene se hai scritto
rt2800usb o rts2800usb, il secondo mi sa che non esiste

Sicuramente si può fare qualcosa, non hai buttato 40 euro; forse c'è un problema colle porte usb.

Dagli outputs che hai postato non viene caricato il modulo driver per la tua chiavetta Sitecom.
Da terminale dai questo comando:
Codice: Seleziona tutto
sudo apt-get install linux-backports-modules-net-natty-generic
Riavvia il pc.

il problema è che sul PC sul quale è installato UBUNTU non ho nessuna connessione internet...come faccio?

Forse è possibile installarlo dal CD live di Ubuntu 11.04.
Sono fuori casa e sto scrivendo con un pc con S.O. Windows XP; nel pomeriggio ti dirò come installarlo da CD.
