Disabilitare touchpad

Ciao a tutti,
sto cercando di installare touchpad-indicator per disabilitare via software (essendo assente un tasto fisico per effettuarlo) il mio touchpad.
Qualsiasi sito dice di fare le seguenti cose

sudo add-apt-repository ppa:atareao/atareao
sudo apt-get update
sudo apt-get install touchpad-indicator

Atareo fa pare dei miei repository però il terminale non trova touchpad-indicator. Qualcuno sa qualcosa a riguardo?
Tra l'altro già che ci sono mi chiedo anche perchè non riesca a trovare google-task-indicator e google-calendar-indicator...

Infatti l'avevo scritto da subito che mi sembrava strano perchè Atereo era nei repository e mi sembrava di avere tutte le carte in regola per installarlo...!

Vabbè grazie comunque, speriamo qualcuno abbia un'illuminazione e ci sveli l'arcano!

Ok grande sono riuscito ad installarlo e............ ovviamente non funziona. Ahahahaha! Cioè l'indicatore c'è ma se clicco su disabilita touchpad, non fa una "zazza". Il touchpad continua a funzionare alla grande. Vabbè dai ci rinuncio, fanc*** al touchpad!
