Dovresti impostare in "Condivisione file personale" il collegamento tra i due dispositivi. Anche senza, andando solo su "bluetooth" dovresti riuscire a configurarlo. Casomai posta qualche dettaglio.

non vedo il servizio Object Transfer che serve per inviare e ricevere files da e per dispositivi bluetooth.

Gli altri outputs che hai postato vanno bene, manca solo il pacchetto bluez-utils che puoi installare da Software Center e dopo averlo installato da terminale dai questo comando:

ora posso mandare file al telefono ma quando provo ad esplorare il dispositivo risulta vuoto!

Vediamo se riusciamo ad esplorare senza bisogno dell'appplet del bluetooth (c'è un bug).

vedi se su file ti appare il telefono kate,apri una cartella con le immagini, devi fare attenzione, devi attendere che le anteprime delle foto o immagini siano complete altrimenti non ti si apre il visualizzatore; stessa cosa per musica o video devi attendere che si carichi.

Per smontare il telefonino bluetooth da terminale dai questo comando:
