Ciao ragazzi io ho un asus k55v appena partizionato......
Non riesco a far riconoscere la slot sd al sistema
ho installato ubuntu 12.04
Con la partizione windows funziona corretamente.

Non riesco ad individuare lo slot SD; prova ad inserire una SD nel lettore prima di accendere il pc ed avviare Ubuntu; da terminale postami questi comandi:

Capita a volte che la funzione di hot-plug delle sd non vada, così devi usare il could-plug, ovvero come diceva il mago, spegnere il pc, inserire l'sd e avviare ubuntu .

Lo slot per SD è della Realtek, per farla funzionare bisogna scaricare il pacchetto rts_bpp.tar.bz2; è possibile seguire la guida dal lauchpad.net per l'installazione e comandi vari:

OH, non avevo notato che era quel realteck (andavo troppo veloce ), comunque nel caso sono sempre a disposizione P.S. é stata fixata, quindi se fa l'aggiornamento di udisks dovrebbe funzionare .

Se facendo l'aggiornamento di udisks non dovesse funzionare bisogna ricorrere a quel pacchetto .deb ed i comandi per l'installazione del pacchetto .deb e la creazione della regola udev per la scheda del lettore di SD Realtek.

Vorrei fagli attivare i repo backports, ma non mi pare una buona idea, se vuoi io conosco bene l'inglese, e ti posso tradurre la procedura dal link che ha postato il mago .
