[RISOLTO]Scanner canon mancano pacchetti ?

da qualche tempo ho problemi con la scansione lo scanner è un canon lide30(plustek)

Non ho nessun output con grep.
Questo scanner ha sempre funzionato da qualche giorno non va più, con ricerche e smanettamenti vari son riuscito a farlo andare qualche giorno ma ora si è di nuovo bloccato, non scansiona più.
Qualche suggerimento ? In altra discussione http://forum.ubuntu-it.org/viewtopic.php?f=9&t=545013 e altro scanner ho visto che il problema erano alcuni pacchetti mancanti.
Posso provare a scaricare qualche pacchetto ? Dove ?

Sono anche sorpreso funziona di nuovo in seguito alla creazione di 2 file vuoti il plustek.txt ed il genesys.txt in più ho inserito il cavo usb nel pc e non nell'hub usb spento e riavviato il pc

Ancora grazie moltissimo prima di mettere risolto aspetto un po visto che mi ha creato molte difficoltà, ma ti chiedo se ho almeno approssimativamente capito il problema.
Hai cercato se il sistama riconosce lo scanner
Hai cercato il file di configurazione dello scanner in questo caso il plustek e l'utente
Hai creato l'utente scanner con i permessi
Hai configurato il file di configurazione dello scanner lide 30

Più o meno è andata cosi ?

Sì! c'è da modificare il file /etc/sane.d/plustek.conf con i dati del tuo scanner usb.

Ho finito! ti ho postato tutti i comandi per far funzionare lo scanner.

OK! se continua a funzionare, metti RISOLTO sul primo titolo della discussione; può servire ad altri utenti che hanno lo scanner come il tuo.

C'è ancora un problema
i documenti scansionati o acquisiti da scanner non vengono stampati,
salvati in .pdf o .jpg
Il controllo di stampa li elabora ma non li stampa ?
