Buongiorno a tutti

vorrei chiedere il vs. aiuto per lo stesso argomento: Easy webscan 19200
attualmente dopo aver seguito le varie istruzioni mi ritrovo in impasse.... :cry:

ovvero ogni qualvolta lancio l'applicazione mi viene segnalato l'errore:
"Non è possibile aprire il dispositivo 'artec_eplus48u:libusb:004:002' : l'argomento non è valido"
...

mentre se lo lancio dal Terminal "sudo xsane" funziona correttamente

.. pertanto ho perso qualche colpo nel seguire le istruzione .....
Sembrerebbe che il mio USERS non sia stato configurato correttamente nell'installazione di XSANE.

Qualcuno potrebbe aiutarmi?

Inseriti come hai fatto i listati rendono il post troppo lungo e di difficile lettura.
In futuro incolali tra i tag [ code] e [ /code] che si creano cliccando su Codice in alto, sopra la finestra di scrittura (editor completo) così:
  • [ code]listato
    da postare    [ /code]
Correggi il post precedente cliccando su "modifica", poi seleziona il listato, clicca su Codice e salva, come da clip esemplificativa

Il tuo gruppo non appartiene a scanner e saned.

Da terminale dai questi comandi:

riavvia il pc.

scorri il file fino a queste righe relative al tuo scanner:

modifica artec_eplus48 aggiungendo la u che ti è saltata nel digitarlo; è artec_eplus48u

salva ed esci dall'editor di testo.

riavvia il pc.

Prova lo scanner.

Grazie mille mi vedo lo scanner!!

unico punto aperto è un messaggio di errore in uscita (ho provato ad eseguire e salvare scansione ed è ok):
"NON E' POSSIBILE CREARE IL FILE: PERMESSO NEGATO"

quell'errore non so a cosa si riferisce è un problema di permessi; bisogna indagare dall'output di /var/log/syslog.

Se hai avviato la scansione con xsane, il comando va preceduto da sudo; forse è per questo che ha emesso l'errore.

Prova a fare una scansione, quando emette quell'errore, da terminale postami questo comando:
