[risolto] No synaptics driver load

Ciao a tutti, informo che in gnome 3.22 installato su ubuntu 16.10 gnome, il driver synaptics non vuole proprio caricarsi.
Ho un notebook (xiaomi air 12) perfettamente funzionante con driver synaptics ma gnome tuttavia preferisce libinput.
Faccio un po di chiarezza...

Il pacchetto è installato correttamente, non vedo il driver caricato col comando lsmod.

Non so su ubuntu ma su arch se c'è libinput e synaptics viene usato quello che ha il numero più alto nel file *.conf e mi sa che gnome vuole proprio libinput.
If you have libinput and synaptics installed in parallel with default configuration (i.e. no files in /etc/X11/xorg.conf.d for both), synaptics will take precedence due to its 70-synaptics.conf file name. To avoid this, you can symlink the default libinput configuration:

Cmq le posizioni dei file su ubuntu sono spesso diversi rispetto ad arch, magari usa
Cmq le possibilità per configurare libinput ci sono ugualmente:
Ma per la verità sul mio vecchio portatile mi trovo meglio con synaptics, lo scroll è strano con libinput e non sono riuscito a sistemarlo.

non è cambiato nulla, e adesso?

Non capisco cosa vuoi fare, configurare libinput o usare synaptics...
Se vuoi usare synaptics e synclient devi abbassare il numero di 60-libinput.conf sotto il 50 di synaptics.conf in /usr/share/X11/xorg.conf.d/ vengono letti da 01 a 99 e l'ultimo vince.
