Problemi connessione bluetooth con dispositivo audio

Buongiorno sto avendo problemi con la scheda integrata bluetooth del mio portatile, praticamente rivela la cuffia bluetooth la associa ma al punto di connettersi non si collega, dandomi il messaggio di collegamento non riuscito.
E' una scheda integrata realtek.

Gli outputs che hai postato vanno bene.

Clicca in alto a destra sull'icona dell'altoparlante, vai su Impostazioni audio... > Uscita; vedi in elenco la cuffia bluetooth?

No non mi compare nulla di tutto ciò, la vedo solo associata tra l'elenco dei dispositivi bluetooth e da nessun altra parte. Se provo a collegarmi mi da la scritta "connessione al dispositivo non riuscita"

Il PIN durante l'associazione della cuffia l'hai messo?

No il pin non l'ho messo perchè credevo che non fosse necessario dato che da windows si collega in automatico col dispositivo e poi non so che pin dovrei mettere..

Niente, ho seguito entrambe le guide. Non cambia nulla, ho provato a collegare il telefono al pc e nemmeno quello riesco a collegare, ma lo vede come dispositivo.
