Scheda Tv Empire all in one: vi prego aiutatemi

Ciao a tutti,
volevo chiedervi un grandissimo favore, uso ubuntu da circa 3 settimane e devo dire di trovarmi molto bene, ho solo un "piccolo" problema non so da dove iniziare per configurare la scheda tv che ho una Empire all in one, ho scaricato un paio di programmi per visualizzare la tv ma non ricerca nessun canale.
Mi potreste aiutare... non so propio dove mettere le mani...

volevo dirvi che in gestione periferiche la scheda viene rilevata come bt878 video capture e bt878 audio capture


Cosa posso fare................????????????

probabilmente nessuno la conosce
le schede bt878 dovrebbero essere autoriconosciute, ma non è detto che lo siano tutte. prova a postare l'output di dmesg e se è una scheda pci anche l'output di lspci

se non metti [ ] per racchiudere il codice in uno scroll piu' consultabile e' difficile (l'opzione qui in alto col simbolo "#")

la vede ma non la riconosce, in più nel file /usr/share/doc/linux-doc-2.6.17/Documentation/video4linux/CARDLIST.bttv.gz (per la edgy devi installare il pacchetto linux-doc per avere questo file) non vedo nessuna empire, probabilmente questa scheda non è ancora supportata...
