Di discussioni sulla ram ce ne sono a iosa, ma visto che ogni sistema è specifico chiedo consiglio.
Vi inquadro il dilemma e sotto posto i dati esaustivi del pc da aggiornare, questo x551 (in sintesi li trovate in firma, occhio che ce ne sono 2).
Lavoro spesso con firefox con un paio di finestre e parecchie schede aperte, più il corollario di programmi aperti: el.text, terminali, gestione immagini, programmi di servizio etc. Mi trovo spesso al limite con la ram, tant'è che mi son messo in tray un sensore per tenerla d'occhio. Chi ha più fame è come sempre FF, ma comunque passando a chrome o simili rimanderei soltanto per una soluzione radicale del problema: aumentare la ram. Ne ho 4G, già con 8 andrei liscio, e andare oltre non so se ne vale la pena visti gli altri componenti di questo pc.
Domanda, quindi: 2 banchi nuovi da 4 (per simmetria, eliminando il banco vecchio originale), o uno da 8? Oppure, se la cpu, mb e il resto ce la fanno, due banchi da 8? E quali (marca, tipo, dove acquistarli affidabili)? C'è da fidarsi degli amazzonici? Quali sono le caratteristiche essenziali da rispettare (ddr3, speed, dimensioni slot e che altro? C'è un produttore migliore o no?)?
