[Risolto] Bluetooth non associa gli auricolari

Buonasera,

ho installato ubuntu 18.10 mentre prima avevo 18-04lts entrambi a 64 bi.
Con la precedente versione di ubunt il bluetooth rilevava gli auricolari bluetooth e venivano correttamente associati e riuscivo ad ascoltare film/musica.
Con Ubuntu 18.10 il bluetooth si accende, se accendo anche gli auricolari il bluetooth rileva il tipo di auricolare e sul pc mi viene mostra il nome del dispositivo trovato (nel mio caso "jinchao-rq8 ") e affianco viene la scritta non configurato, se clicco sulla scritta si avvia una "rotellina di caricamento" ma non va mai a compimento, il pc non associa gli auricolari e non riesco ad usarli.
Come posso risolvere? (senza dover tornare ad Ubuntu 18.04 ;-D)

Io, sarei rimasto ad Ubuntu 18.04 LTS perchè ha il supporto fino al 2023 mentre la 18.10 ha supporto per sei mesi.

Questi comandi non risolvono il problema, servono per vedere le informazioni hardware e software riguardante il bluetooth.

Grazie, anch per il dettaglio sul servizio assistenza delle due versioni Ubuntu.

Anche se non sò quanto utile aggiungo che per esempio il mio cellulare SAMSUNG A5 edizione 2017 viene rilevato ed agganciato dal bletooth di ubuntu 18.10 quindi noon capisco perchè non agganci anche gli auricolari che eppure vede e rileva.

; alla richiesta principale credo si possa mettere RISOLTO anche se non sò cosa sia successo che ha cambiato le cose. (cioè, ho inviato un file via bluetooth dal cella al pc per testare se funzionava il bluetooth ed è andata a buon fine, ma non credo centri niente con il paring degli auricolari ;-D)

Esatto! non c'entra nulla il trasferimento file dal cellulare al pc.

Puoi mettere [Risolto] sul primo titolo della discussione prima di bluetooth non associa gli auricolari

aggiungo purtroppo che non è affatto stabile... quando riavvio il pc o comunque spengo auricolari e li riaccendo bluetooth ho dovuto togliere la riga del supporto rilevato e riprovare a configurarlo per farlo prendere.
Ho provato a tornare su UBUNTU 18.04 anche solo per fare dei test (sono alle prime armi e non ho installato chissa' cosa), ma forse ricordavo male e purtroppo quì non và a buon fine neanche un primo paring con gli auroicolari pur rilevandoli.
Potrebbe essere la scheda broadcom bc4322 che ho visto dei problemi.. ma con il wifi ho già effettuato la procedura di installare il firmware b43 e mi prende i 5ghz del mio router.
Forse ricordo male il fatto che si collegavano...

se avete qualche idea posto il risultato del comando lsmod

ho reinstallato i driver scheda del network manager e ora li collega e funzionano anche dopo aver spento e riacceso.
