Salve, volevo ben dire, leggendo l'output completo non ci sono settori danneggiati, il HDD è poco usato ed in buone condizioni.Avvia il file manager, clicca sulla directory media→ubuntu→<nomeHDDM3> (non so come l'hai chiamato) e naviga fino ai file di tuo interesse, copiali s'un altro supporto sufficientemente capiente.

Il file manager è nautilus, ovvero la schermata che ti si apre cliccando su FILE, ti ricordo che questo è un forum, non è una chat o facebook, per favore non fare post consecutivi ma se non ci sono interventi clicca su Modifica e aggiungi il nuovo testo eventualmente preceduto da EDIT, grazie

Allora non ci siamo capiti con le immagini! Carichi le immagini ORIGINALI grandi su postimage e metti qua il link della miniatura ovvero la riga dove c'è scritto "Thumbnail for forums", cmq /media/ubuntu è il percorso da scrivere nel terminale, in nautilus devi cliccare su Altre posizioni -> nome del disco

andanto in other postion non trovo il mio hard disk ecco quello che ho
quello che viene rilevato sda4 è l hard disk interno

Salve, colpa mia se non trovi il media ed ecc. 
, in Nautilus il percorso è Dispositivi → Volumi → 1000 GB Volume .Son troppo assuefatto ad usare Dolphin, il file manager di Kubuntu KDE.

Salve, ecco appunto, appare anche nel terminale la spiegazione… 
Allore devi avviare Window senza collegare il HDD, avviato connetti il HDD e dai questo comando "chkdsk /f", suppongo nel terminale di Window, quindi riavvi col HDD connesso.
CiaoEDIT: credo vada dato senza il /r , non conosco più Window da quel dì.
