Ciao a tutti,

ho un problema con la webcam integrata del mio notebook, da quando ho installato Ubuntu Mate 18.04 non viene più riconosciuta. Ho installato Cheese, ma nulla.
Avete idee su come potrei risolvere?

Ah, ho anche collegato una webcam USB della Labtech ma nulla, neanche questa viene riconosciuta.

Mi sembra strano che lsusb fornisca solo 2 righe, i comandi si pubblicano completi di prompt iniziale e finale e vanno postati tra i tag code che si ottengono con il tasto evidenziato Immagine

Hai ragione, ho modificato la risposta.
Comunque sì, mi tira fuori solo quelle 2 righe.

Che poi sono gli stessi valori che trovo sotto hub di

Possibile si sia tranciato il cavetto che dalla webcam va alla mobo .
Non rilevata da Hwinfo ne da lsusb, hwinfo l'avrebbe rilevata anche se fosse uno di quei pochi casi che invece di essere su bus usb fosse su bus pci.
Resta comunque un rebus di solo quelle 2 righe , tastiera, touchpad, wifi,dovrebbero anche loro essere listati sul bus usb.
