problemi attivazione carta nazionale dei servizi

ciao ho provato a seguire le indicazioni sul sito di regione lombardia per attivare la carta nazionale dei sevizi senza successo

ho installando i seguenti pacchetti:

ho poi configurato il browser firefox provando ad impostare i device di autenticazione con la libreria /usr/lib/x86_64-linux-gnu/opensc-pkcs11.so o con la libreria /usr/lib/bit4id/libbit4opki.so ma quando provo l'accesso dal link Verifica Installazione del sito http://supportsiss.lispa.it/VerificaInstallazione/ rimanda a una pagina di errore che recita
Per proseguire è necessario aver installato il Software CRS, aver inserito la Smartcard nel lettore e conoscere il relativo codice PIN.
Chiudere tutti i browser aperti e ripetere la procedura di autenticazione con la Smartcard inserita.
Credo cmq che il problema sia a monte perchè il demone pcscd continua a dare i seguenti errori

la carta regionale è di tipo OT2015
ho pertanto caricato anche i driver consigliati dalla regione sul sito https://sistemats4.sanita.finanze.it/Ca ... home.xhtml (libbit4opki)
nell'utility BIT4idPinManager, inclusa nel pacchetto del driver, quando provo card informations riporta there is not reader connected e gli errori loggati da pscd sono identici a quelli riportati

sapete come procedere?

Da terminale prima dai questo comando connesso ad Internet:

probebilmente è rimasto appeso dopo gli upgrade della release (lo stato rc non vuol dire che è rimosso ma viene indicato perchè ci sono ancora file presenti sul sistema).
Il pacchetto che lo sostitusce è correttamente installato, ho fatto purge dopo aver controllato dipendenze inverse e file..

il tool diagnostico l'avevo installato, vede il lettore, e non riesce a leggere la carta, in allegato gli screenshot:

ho aumentato la verbosità dell'utility pkcs11-tool, dove indica che non sente la carta.. però l'altro tool pcsc_scan la vede (per lo meno so che non è smagnetizzata o inserita al contrario :DDDD)

il comando l'ho scopiazzato da un issue su github dove chiedono di ricompilare e provare a variare il numero di byte inviati.. dici che può essere utile?

in realtà non credo serva ricompilare c'è un file di conf dove variare i parametri

non credo che nel mio caso arrivi nemmeno a negoziare il protocollo o a scambiare dati cmq
i driver della carta dovrebbero essere oberthur nei documenti di regione lombardia scrivono
le CRS-CNS Oberthur riportano il valore “OT” seguito dall’anno di produzione (ad es. OT2016)
e sono elencati dal comando

Ieri ho installato il lettore bit4id comprato al CUP di Pisa diversi anni fa, ho configurato Firefox con la libreria richiesta, funziona perfettamente su Xubuntu 20.04 64bit, ho fatto anche l'accesso al FSE della Regione Toscana; tutto OK!

Hai installato i pacchetti opensc e libnss3-tools?
Ubuntu 22.04 LTS - saluti da magozurlinux a tutti gli utenti del forum :ciao:

ho provato a inserire quella scadula nel 2016 giusto per capire se era un problema di lettore e quella viene rilevata senza problemi, solo quella nuova non è riconosciuta sfortunatamente

sì è attiva, mi avevano già spedito i codici e l'avevo attivata al primo accesso anni fa, al momento non riesco a provare con windows, proverò in settimana
la tua sembra equipaggiata con un altro chipset ha il codice AC, la mia OT
tra l'altro io il driver della carta l'avevo scaricato da https://sistemats4.sanita.finanze.it/Ca ... home.xhtml ed era una versione meno recente
ora ho installato la versione aggiornata dai link che mi avete suggerito https://sistemats1.sanita.finanze.it/po ... ta-accesso

ii libbit4xpki 1.4.10-563 amd64 IDEMIA Smartcards (Middleware PKCS#11)

ma ho gli stessi errori.
Non so se il problema deriva dal fatto che il driver nel bundle di opensc non è compatibile con il chipset, ed è necessario configurare opensc per usare le librerie libbit4xpki manualmente.
se non ne vengo a capo uso lo spid

ho lo stesso problema con 20.04 nuova installazione mentre con l'avanzamento da 18.04 funziona correttamente; con chromium non cambia, non funziona, funzionava su 18.04. Ho provato anche a cambiare la cartella .mozilla nella home casomai ci fosse qualche libreria ma non cambia nulla

Buongiorno a tutti, perdonate l'inserimento nel thread ma anche io ho un problema molto simile. Sto cercando di utilizzare la Carta Regionale dei Servizi sotto Ubuntu 20.04 64-bit con un lettore Digicom SCR-01.
Ho ricevuto PIN/PUK e a esplicita domanda se la tessera era già attiva, il Comune mi ha risposto:
La tessera è attiva con il PIN
qualunque cosa questo significhi :)

La tessera viene riconosciuta e letta (utilizzando i tool da riga di comando) e vedo in Firefox il relativo certificato con il mio nome.
Però quando firefox mi chiede "inserire la password per il token blablabla" e inserisco il PIN, il sito (es. INPS) risponde con:
Non è stato fornito nessun certificato valido per l'accesso: chiudere il browser, verifcare i prerequisiti e riprovare con un nuovo certificato valido.
Anche se appunto in Firefox vedo il certificato.
Inoltre, se vado in Preferenze > Privacy > Dispositivi di sicurezza, seleziono il mio e provo a fare Accedi, inserisco il PIN e mi dice "Accesso non riuscito".

Non riesco a capire come identificare il problema: tessera non abilitata (e come si abilita!?), configurazione driver/librerie, lettore digicom non compatibile (in passato l'avevo utilizzato però sia sotto Windows che non ho più, sia sempre con Ubuntu ma anche la tessera era precedente, quindi sono due variabili).
