Bluetooth abilitato su Lubuntu ma non funziona

Buonasera a tutti.
Prima di scrivere e registrarmi ho provato a leggere nei vari forum ma non sono riuscito a trovare la soluzione.
Utilizzo Lubuntu e volevo ascoltare musica con le cuffie bluetooth ma non riesco ad accoppiare i dispositivi; il bluetooth sembrerebbe attivo e pensavo fossero le cuffie a non funzionare ma il PC non riesce a trovare neanche il cellulare. Preciso che il pc è relativamente nuovo, acquistato a dicembre.
Potreste gentilmente darmi una mano?

Né con
lsusb, né con
lspci si individua l'adattatore bluetooth.
Sei sicuro che in quel pc ci sia il bluetooth?
Marca e modello del pc.
Se hai Windows in dual boot, avvialo, attiva il bluetooth; riavvia il pc e avvia Lubuntu, così anche Linux rileverà l'adattatore bluetooth.
Controlla anche nel BIOS se c'è la voce Bluetooth da qualche parte.
Con Lubuntu avviato, prova a dare questo comando:
vedi se così il bluetooth funziona.

Buonasera
ho letto il tuo post di stamane e mi sono sincerato con il venditore su Amazon: non c'è il bluetooth, ho commesso un errore nel credere che ci fosse, mi ha poi ingannato icona su Lubuntu in basso a destra dove se ci passo mouse sopra dice "Bluetooth abilitato".
Scusami per la perdita di tempo; a questo punto mi compro una chiave bluetooth e risolvo.
