ragazzi ho seguito le guide di un link tedesco,https://forum.ubuntuusers.de/topic/brot ... tallieren/ ho messo tutti si.la stampante va lo scanner no.la stampante e collegata con usb .grazie del'aiuto

mi trovo 5 stampanti quale elimino?grazie mi dice scanner non rilevato

prova spegnere la stampante
poi rimuovi il contenuto del seguente file con questo comando

prova a fare la prova come ho detto nel messaggio precedente, Spegni la stampante. e riavvia...

poi prova a verificare se avviando simple-scan con i privilegi di root funziona

però fai molta attenzione. e solo una verifica per vedere se è un problema di gruppi sull'utente nel sistema.

hai anche spento la stampante e riavviato il sistema? e riacceso...

hai detto che la stampante è collegata con porta usb, però gli output riferiscono che è collegata via net e non cavo usb.

e' collegata al router tramite usb.l'altra stampante aveva due cavi,lan e usb.questa solo uno usb al router.mi correggo ho staccato usb dal router e collegata al notebook adesso lo scanner va
