il computer si blocca e rimane come freezato sulla schermata

Ciao, ho un problema del genere ogni settimana o dopo qualche giorno, dipende dalle volte, il computer si blocca improvvisamente sulla schermata di lavoro e a quel punto non rimane che staccare la spina.
Ho cercato nei syslog, ecco uno stralcio il momento prima del fattaccio, ma non credo ci siamo info importanti, non so, gli 00\00\00 forse sono il blocco?

Qualcuno mi può suggerire come cercare un indizio per capire se è un problema hardware o software in qualche angolo del sistema?

Il problema si è ripresentato, in effetti sia con mouse e tastiera a filo non succede nulla tutto freezato.
Il comando "sudo iwconfig wlp2s0 power off" l'avevo dato, però nel servizio reti (Applet NetworkManager) continuavo a vedere le reti WiFi disponibili e la possibilità di accedere.

Quelli sono dispositivi wireless , gli adattatori bluetooth sono dei trasmettitori bluetooth che mandano il segnale radio a dispositivi bluetooth, possono essere tastiere, mouse, cuffie, casse, smartphone etc. contrassegnati col simbolo blu del bluetooth; diverso dai dispositivi wireless.
