[Risolto] Impossibile utilizzare lo scanner: Brother MFC-J6530DW

Ciao,
ennesimo problema con la gestione di una periferica.
Ho una stampante Brother MFC-J6530DW riesco a stampare ma non ad utilizzare lo scanner

.

Problema che si pone sia con la Ubuntu Mate 20.04 LTS ed ora anche con la Ubuntu Mate 22.04 LTS (appena installata nella speranza che risolvesse)

Contattato il centro assistenza Brother mi hanno detto di installare i seguenti pacchetti:

Con riferimento alla sua richiesta, le indico la seguente procedura di installazione su Linux:
Scarichi i seguenti pacchetti a 64 bit

Per installare ciascun pacchetto, vada dentro la cartella di di download e digiti il seguente comando:
sudo dpkg -i --force-all (nome esatto del pacchetto).
Ci auguriamo che la seguente soluzione possa esserle d’aiuto, qualora necessitasse di ulteriori informazioni non esiti a contattarci.

Per installare la stampante hai usato il Driver Install tool?

Sulla 20.04 LTS ero partito proprio con i driver completi, anche per stampare, ma la funzione di scansione, dopo aver funzionato inizialmente, la scansione, si è inibita. Sulla 22.04 LTS sono partito con i driver consigliati nel messaggio dell'assistenza.
Appena possibile provo i driver completi anche sulla 22.04 LTS.
Altri eventuali suggerimenti?

Ciao, ho rifatto la prova con Ubuntu 22.04 LTS ma niente.

Ci sono problemi anche sulle pendrive. Potrebbe essere un problema sulle porte USB?

A pc spento:
togli la spina del pc dalla presa di corrente;
premi e tieni premuto il tasto di accensione per 30'';
reinserisci la spina del pc nella presa di corrente;
accendi il pc e riprova la stampante Brother.

Ho fatto questa prova ma non ha risolto il problema. Ho reinstallato il driver e per il momento funziona sia la stampante che lo scanner.
Vedo come va in questi giorni.
