abilitare 3D ATI X700

Ho seguito alla lettera questo topic http://wiki.ubuntu-it.org/Hardware/Video/Ati avendo feisy mi sembava cosi semplice, ma dando il comando " glxinfo | grep rendering"
il risultato è il seguente :

Io ho seguito la guida ma mi è andato tutto in crash. Mi date una mano ad abilitare il 3d?

I driver che mi girano sono soltanto quelli fglrx. Mentre tutti gli altri non vanno. Specialmente i vesa e gli ati. Eppure il gestore dei driver con restrizione dice che il 3d è attivo ed in uso ma non è cosi; infatti:

La sezione sembrava giusta. Infatti vuole abilitare il 3d per compiz.

Una cosa è abilitare il 3d, un'altra è installare compiz (un composite!).

Ok ma a me sembra inutile spostare un topic ad hardware perchè uno deve attivare l'accelerazione 3D e poi rispostarlo perchè deve attivare compiz. Una cosa senza senso se non quello di rompersi per spostarla.

Sbagliato, per un nuovo problema è preferibile creare un 3d.

In questo verra' affrontata l'abilitazione dell'accellerazione, per compiz carvitsub dovra' crearne uno nuovo per non mischiare le problematiche.

che versione di driver proprietari hai usato? Hai usato una guida? Io ho provato con quella divilinux, ma niente. Forse ne dovrei provare un'altra.

Segui la guida del mio blog. Funziona.

Allora seguendo la guida di spirit è andato tutto bene. L'unica modifica da fare è su startxgl.sh:

Inoltre bisogna stare attenti. Nel caso in cui la tastiera non funzioni (tasti sballati), impostate la tastiera corretta:

e sulla tab disposizioni rimuovere inglese e aggiungere Italia.
