Come vedere Driver in uso - Tastiera

Ciao ragazzi.
Sto usando ubuntu con successo un netbook asus eee pc 1011px.
Nel frattempo sto usando anche backtrack per l'universita'. Su questa distro la tastiera non viene riconosciuta correttamente.
I tasti U, I, O, P, e sotto J, K, L, e sotto M vengono visti come il tastierino numerico. Infatti in ubuntu devo premere un tasto speciano quello vicino al tasto Windows per intenderci per usare questi numeri. In backtrack cio non avviene.
Volevo chiedere se e' possibile risalire al driver che sto usando per la tastiera su ubuntu e a quel punto scaricarlo ed installarlo su backtrack.
