boot splash ubuntu 10.04 non funziona bene

salve a tutti e la mia prima volta sul forum ma ho preso gia grande conoscenze in pasato grasie a questo forum.


bene io volevo sapere se ce qulcuno che puo aiutarmi con il mio problemma

in prattica ho installato BACKTRACK che da quello che ho capito è bassato su ubuntu 10.04 e cosi compare ora nel boot splash all'avvio.
mentre quando lo spengo compare uno personalizzato , ho provato ad aggiustarlo ma non sono riuscito!

ho installato il BURG no il grub

voglio che compaia una immagine uguale per il spegnimento e il avvio
o
solo le scritte di caricamento , come succede nella live di backtrack,

ho riscontrato questo problemma anche con altre versioni di ubuntu , anche con ubuntu 12.10

attendo risposta, e scusate se ho sbagliato sezione del forum o altro perche non ho mai scritto in un forum
