elementary fa fatica ad avviare

Salve a tutti,
è da qualche giorno che ho questo problema:
qualche volta avvio il portatile con il sistema installato su un disco SSD e a volte elementary non avvia restanto soltanto il cursore lampeggiante in alto a sinistra, riavvio forzatamente il sistema che si avvia ma mi compare soltanto lo sfondo del desktop senza il desktop (icone, barra superiore, lancetta mouse, ecc e devo riavviare sempre con le brutte maniere). Dopo il secondo o terzo riavvio il sistema si carica normalmente. Non so se è il HD SSD che ha problemi (Sansung Evo 2 anni di vita) oppure il notebook HP Pavilion del 2008 (!!!). Avete qualche idea?

Comunque adesso ho riavviato due volte e il problema non si è presentato, volevo dare un comando con problema di avvio "fresco" ma il comando che ti posto adesso è il comando dato nell'ultima sezione quando ho avuto il problema per l'ultima volta.
