Ciao, ho un grosso problema sul mio pc. Ho installato linux mint togliendo windows 10. Il problema e' che ora quando accendo il pc non mi trova nessun sistema operativo, quindi se non lo faccio partire con la chiavetta in cui ho messo l'iso di mint non posso utilizzare il computer. Grazie a chi mi puo aiutare.

Probabilmente non hai installato Grub2, o lo hai installato nel posto sbagliato, o non hai installato correttamente il Sistema Operativo.
Se a computer spento, inserisci in una porta USB libera la chiavetta con cui hai eseguito l'installazione, e poi avvii il PC, riesci ad avviare la distro presente sul disco fisso?
Se non ci riesci, avvia la LIVE presente sulla chiavetta, assicurati che il pacchetto inxi sia installato (se non lo è, installalo, è un'operazione che si può fare anche da live), poi apri un terminale, impartisci il comando e posta l'output.

Scusami ho digitato inxi -v6 ma non riesco a vedere dove si trova l-output. Pero' su memory c'e' scritto no dmidecode. Scusate ma sono abbastanza inesperto sull-argomento.

Hai installato GRUB sul pendrive USB invece che sul tuo hard disk principale ( /dev/sda ). Segui questo WIKI: Amministrazione Sistema > Grub > Ripristino

Scusate ma quindi il sistema operativo si trova sul HDD? Non potrei semplicemente cancellarlo e reinstallarlo correttamente? perche' dalla guida del grub non riesco

Si, semplicemente al momento non è diponibile per il boot

Certamente, se preferisci così ...

Se riesce ad avviare il sistema installato basta che apra un terminale e digiti

grub-probe: error: failed to get canonical path of `/cow'.

Questo e' quello che mi esce mettendo quel codice. C'e una guida per cancellare Linux dall'HDD e reinstallarlo in modo corretto?
Mi e' venuto un dubbio pero'. Per far partire l'installazione da chiavetta ho modificato l'uefi con avvio della chiavetta all'accensione. Puo essere che basti modificare quello per risolvere il problema? Ora windows non ce l'ho piu.

Nell hdd c'è solo Linux MInt,
devi verificare che grub sia stato installato correttamente
ma hai provato anche a disabilitare il secure boot dal bios?
tante volte impedisse l'avvio di mint, perchè se non ricordo male Ubuntu è certificato Linux Mint no.
