problemi con auricolari Bluetooth QCY-T3

ciao a tutti,
uso Linux Mint, sto cercando di connettere gli auricolari Bluetooth QCY-T3
Il gestore bluetooth li vede ma non li associa
Ho provato a seguire questa discussione ma senza successo.Mi potreste aiutare per favore?

Ciao Noel Ho provato a seguire la guida finale ma non ho risolto. quando faccio la configurazione mi da sempre lo stesso risultato: Dispositivo aggiunto ma connessione fallita
