nn riesco più ad attivare il dektop 3d

ho attivato i driver proprietari della mia scheda video radeon A9550 e mi si sono disattivati gli effetti 3d.....come devo fare??????????aiuto :-\ ??? ::)

se non usi XGL (ormai non + sviluppato...) le schede ati con driver proprietari non possono far girare il composite...e quindi niente compiz

e poi ci tengo a precisare che io ubuntu l'ho istallato appena da una settimana

forse è il caso di riconfigurare xorg dando da terminale il comando

sudo dpkg-reconfigure -phigh xserver-xorg

magari scegliendo il driver open radeon

prima fai una copia del file di configurazione

sudo cp /etc/X11/xorg.conf /etc/X11/xorg.conf.vecchio

con i driver open non serve XGL...ma lui voleva quelli proprietari no?

no.....ho istallato quelli open souRce e ho istallato compiz........gRazie a tutti..................
