Quando carico avidemux, appena dopo che è partito per 1/2 secondo l'intero schemo diventa nero.
Similmente accade con vlc, ma solo quando premo "play", parte il filmato, schermo nero e poi ritorna tutto normale.
Con kdenlive (io ho Ubuntu 7.10) questa cosa succede quando importo una clip.
Totem non lo fa (indipendentemente da cosa metto in gstreamer-properties).
Ovviamente non ricevo alcun segnale evidente d'errore.
Ora la mia scarsa conoscenza mi fa intuire che ci sia qualcosa in Xorg, ma non so proprio cosa possa essere.
Se qualcuno avesse qualche idea, qualche suggerimento, mezza idea, un sentito dire, ecc... si accomodi ché mi farebbe un grande piacere.
Uso Ubuntu 7.10, scheda ATI, driver 8.40, installati a mano (con quelli dei repo era peggio: http://forum.ubuntu-it.org/viewtopic.php?t=124601msg826291#msg826291)
