problema adept

Ragazzi adept non mi fa aggiornare determinati pacchetti ecco l'errore che mi segnala :

Errore durante il deposito delle modifiche. Probabilmente c'è stato una problema nello scaricamento di alcuni pacchetti oppure il deposito avrebbe rovinato alcuni pacchetti.

Cosa può  essere ???

Posta il contenuto del file /etc/apt/sources.list così da controllarlo assieme agli altri utenti che ti leggono

Help please 

Si c'era un problema nei server di ubuntu io ho risolto mettendo in adept cm server da cui scaricare i file il serve pricipale ma sembra che adesso il problema sia stato risolto.
