vorrei sapere che cosa devo fare e perché mi appare questo messaggio quando lancio la vmachine

ora la vbox parte ma compare questo messaggio

hai dato questo comando

sostituendo $USERID con l'user di sistema?

oddio non funzionava perchè lasciavo il simbolo del dollaro.
