touchpad [risolto]

Salve a tutti, sto usando ubuntu hardy nel mio notebook acer aspire 5720 ma lo scroll del touchpad non funziona. Ho provato a seguire questa wiki: http://wiki.ubuntu-it.org/Hardware/Periferiche/SynapticsTouchpad?highlight=(touchpad)#xinputdevice ma nel mio xorg non compare la sezione ServerLayout.
Cosa devo fare?

la guida è corretta... solo che il mio ServerDevice è all'inizio... eccolo (modificate il vostro solo nelle sezioni)... in grassetto i cambiamenti apportati

ma tu hai la sezione server layout...io no....se provo ad aggiungerla io qll sezione, va in casino ubuntu!

tutto sta nel vedere gli "Identifier" dei vari device

Problema risolto, effettivamente la guida  è corretta, infatti è bastato aggiungere al mio xorg:

e adesso il touchpad funziona senza problemi. Grazie elegos per l'ottimo consiglio (good)
