Aiuto per segnalazione Bugs sul launchpad

Stavo girovagando un paio di settimane fa, sulla mia ubuntu e son finito nella cartella /var/crash e lì ho visto un apport crash, di ekiga. Così ...col tasto destro (apri con «report a problem...») ho spedito il report al launchpad.
Ieri mi è arrivata la risposta:

Bene, vado sul wiki, aggiungo i repo per i debugs, quindi installo ekiga-dbgsym.
Seguo la procedura per il backtrace con gdb ma quello che mi compare ogni tanto è:

Che devo fare ancora ????? E poi dove trovo il file di testo di gdb (...output from GDB, contained in gdb-.txt ecc ecc) ? E anche ..il file di log di valgrind, visto che ho usato anche lui.

Se il bug è riproducibile, posso seguirti passo passo siccome di solito seguo una procedura più lunga ma con risultati più completi.

DktrKranz, grazie per la risposta, purtroppo non so se sia riproducibile, anche perchè semplicemente l'applicazione non parte. Disinstallata, reinstallata, rimossa completamente, anche a mano ecc ecc ma il risultato è sempre lo stesso, non si avvia proprio.
