apro il terminale e si riavvia il pc

ciao, avevo già fatto un topic simile ma non lo trovo più.
ho reinstallato xubuntu su un vecchio p3 poichè mi dava problemi, ma ancora una volta mi ritrovo la stranezza che se apro il terminale mi cade xserver e si riavvia il pc, come risolvo? grazie

ho lo stesso tuo problema, e da mesi che ci provo a risolvere il problema e ho trovato un'alternativa all'uso del terminale per non crashare il sistema, stranamente se installi Konsole (Kde)  funziona come Terminale di xfce e non da problemi.
altrimenti prova con questo file xorg.conf,  ma non ti garantisco niente, fai una prova ma prima salva i tuoi dati importanti!!!
