problemi update: duplicati?

salve a tutti, sono nuovo di ubuntu e di gnu/linux, ho installato ubunto da circa 1 mese e da sempre quando eseguo l'apt-get update mi riporta il seguente testo:

ho notato delle voci: "Duplicate sources.list", questo mi ha fatto pensare al fatto che quando grub mi permette di selezionere l'OS con cui partire ci sono voci doppie x ubuntu nel senso che mi permette di scegliere di partire con ubuntu, ubuntu safe mode e memory test per 2 volte per ciascuna voce, ossia 6 voci in totale per ubuntu ed 1 per winzozz xp. non è che ho fatto qualche casino in fase di installazione?
per il resto il sistema risulta stabile, l'unico problema costyante e ripetuto e quando tento di riavviare il sistema, crasha e sono costretto al reset. si spegne invece, correttamente.

Ti consiglio di usare il sources.list completo e sicuro che trovi qui: http://wiki.ubuntu-it.org/SourcesList
Per quanto riguarda le voci in grub, non e' nessun "casino" o duplicato, sono due kernel diversi (cerca linux-image in synaptic, puoi tranquillamente disinstallare la versione piu' vecchia se quello piu' recente funziona a dovere).
