volevo installare un tema per superKaramba

dicono che devo installare anche Image-magick e PyQt
scarico PyQt
compilo e mi dice che serve SIP 4.4
Scarico SIP compilo
ricompilo PyQt e mi dice

Error: A Qt installation could not be found. Use use the -q argument or the
QTDIR environment variable to explicitly specify the correct directory.

ho installato un sacco di roba per le Qt, ma l'errore persiste, si può sapere che cosa vuole?

E servirsi di apt-get o synaptic?

Prova con libqt3-mt-dev e libqt4-dev
Con una ricerca, anche sul forum, si sarebbe trovata questa risposta.

non esiste nulla come qt, qt3, qt4, Qt etc...

esistono vari pacchetti per qt, pyqt, ne ho installati un po', sperando che risolvessero qualche dipendenza ma niente

nel forum si parla delle libqt3-mt per altri problemi, e comunque non bastano, adesso provo con le dev, ma a questo punto mi chiedo, perché devo installare le development per far girare i programmi?

Perchè sono fondamentali per generare i file .so necessari al funzionamento dei programmi.

Perché li stai compilando.

Esattoooo!!!Le -dev servono per compilare mentre le altre librerie servono per farli girare la differenza c'è...

qui però sto andando a casaccio
installate le dev
compilo un po' di roba e arrivo a lanciare il configure.py delle PyQt
non trova le qt
dagli le qt4
non vanno bene
dagli le qt3
ok vanno bene ma non c'è qscintilla
installa tutte le librerie qscintilla che trovi
ok, non trovo qscintilla
dagli il path
ok, ma non trovo il file qextscintillaglobal.h
cerca il file dagli il path
non va bene ancora...  :-X :-X :-X
