non carica gnome-...

ho un problema:
quando avvia ubuntu 8.10 mi compare lo schermo vuoto.. chiamo da terminale (F4 da tastiera) e avvio nautilus facendomi vedere le icone che ho sul desktop e avviandosi. mi da il seguente errore in uotput:

poi avvio, per avere le bar di gnome ai lati dello schermo gnome-panel. anche questo si avvia e produce il seguente output:

che devo fare???
sembra che all'avvio non carichi 'sti programmi...

ho lo stesso problema.. cioè dopo il login gnome non carica.... xò non vedo gli stessi tuoi errori..
