[Grub] Error 2

Salve a tutti, vi prego di rispondere a questa discussione anche se so che ci sono miliardi di post sugli errori di grub, e vi assicuro, ne ho letti almeno 20 tra italiano e inglese. Senza troppe chiacchiere vi spiego il problema :

Distro: Intrepid Ibex, tutto funzionante fino a ieri sera, quando chissà per quale motivo volevo installare grubfx . Rimuovo grub, installo il pacchetto .deb, riprovo ad installare grub ... zero, non parte +.
Stamattina ho lanciato la live cd di ubuntu e ho provato i miliardi di metodi suggeriti dai post risolti... nulla, sempre quel benedetto error 2. Vi posto alcuni output per cercar di capire insieme a voi cosa c'è che non va :

Installo il grub:

Cosa c'è che non va? Perchè diamine c'è quell'asterisco su sda2 se dal menu di grub mi dice ke lo stage1 è in sda5??

prima di dare i comandi da terminale bisognerebbe capirne il significato,  *  contrassegna la partizione di boot e non ha niente a che fare con lo stage1. Prova a vedere se rimedi con supergrub

sto provando cn supergrub ora, speriamo che vada bene ma non sono molto speranzoso. nel caso voi conoscete un modo per bootare la mia partizione win così da salvarmi i dati e reinstallare ubuntu?

non c'è stato nulla da fare, nessuna live mi funzionava. ho ripristinato MBR e reinstallato Ubuntu (tra le altre cose non mi vedeva + nessuna partizione Gparted... ) cmq dopo aver fatto tutto, funziona sia ubuntu che windows, ma da windows ora vedo un hard disk chiamato PQSERVICE con dei file dentro  ??? vi posto uno shot

qualcuno sa dirmi cos'è??
