io ho la 8600 GT con i driver nvidia 180

Io leggo solo:

Può essere perché ho messo queste spunte per eliminare lo sfarfallio di alcuni video non a schermo intero (es:youtube)?



Se chiudo AWN si alzano un pochetto, uso i 180 su intrepid, però su hardy facevo molto di più con AWN aperto.
Come benkmark mi sembra valido, se metto 1024x768 invece che 1280x1024 si alzano parecchio i FPS.
A parte che ieri ho sistemato un pc con una FX 5200 ultra (Hardy) che fa 3800FPS e ci sono rimasto malissimo, visto che nei giochi si avvicinava alla mia 8600GT (ho provato perché non ci credevo) su Intrepid.

Ho preso la più economica che c'era, DDR2, visto che non trovavo DDR3 a raffreddamento passivo, però fare meno di una scheda di 6 anni fa è assurdo.

usi compiz?

Si uso compiz, l'agp aperture size è 128MB, la ram onboard è 512MB, la velocità della ram è 665MHz (quindi dovrebbe essere DDR2 a 1333MHz, visto che l'ho comprata per DDR2), quel valore è il memory clock di nvidia-settings che va moltiplicato per 2 da quanto ne so.
Anche la fx5200 ultra aveva compiz attivo quando ho lanciato glxgears.  >:(
