con gedit non lo apre, lo ho aperto con nano ma come faccio a trovare la riga richiesta non le dovrò mica contare?

abilita la spunta "numeri di riga"

Forse ho capito male, ma se vuoi passare da Intrepid a Jaunty premi alt+F2 e poi digita

il sistema l'ho installato da capo, è solo che adesso non mi fa ne installare ne aggiornare e mi rimanda il seguente errore:
