RISOLTO!!!!!grub2 error 24
Scusate,ma credo di aver combinato qualche guaio!In pratica sono passato dalla ext3 alla 4 seguendo una guida,ed è andato tutto bene,sono in ext4!Ma dopo il riavvio mi è comparso error:24 Attempt ....

ciao anch'io passando da ext3 a ext4 ho combinato un casino!

diceva di aggiornare il grub una volta fatto il passaggio da ext3 a ext4.
se si e non hai risolto, ti dico come ho fatto io:
1) con il cd live ho copiato la home su un hd esterno (con anche i file nascosti)
2)ho formattato la partizione e ho reinstallato
3)ho copiato una alla volta, le cartelle della home backup in quella attuale.
E' un lavoraccio, ma così ho pulito il sistema da installazioni precedenti ed è più stabile.
Ps reinstallando tutto puoi scegliere in fase d'installazione tirettamente il file system ext4
(b2b) buon lavoro
se la mia risposta non ti convince aspettane pure delle altre da persone più esperte di me.Ciao

modifica questa stringa come ti ho evidenziato in grassetto
se funziona devi poi modificare anche tutte le altre di jaunty.

Ah,ho provato a dare il boot a Hd0,5 che è la partizione sulla quale ho linuxmint e funziona!In pratica sono riuscito ad entrare in linux mint e non in Ubuntu,allora ho provato a modificare il menu.lst di linuxmint come mi aveva detto

D'accordo,ma mettiamo caso che io formatti linuxmint?Che succede poi?Non riesco più ad entrare in Ubuntu?
