Ho già scritto qualche post in merito, ma non riesco a ricevere risposte esaurienti...
Quando lancio l'update, mi appare il messaggio:
W: Errore GPG: http://ppa.launchpad.net jaunty Release: Le seguenti firme non sono state verificate perché la chiave pubblica non è disponibile: NO_PUBKEY EF4186FE247510BE
W: È consigliabile eseguire apt-get update per correggere questi problemi

Ho provato e riprovato in tutti i modi, ma il risultato è sempre lo stesso.
Qualcuno può aiutarmi?

Prima uno dopo l'altro.

Potresti postare il tuo "sources.list" che trovi in "/etc/apt/" ?

Ahimè DJ, ho già provato più volte questo comando ma il risultato è:

gpg: keyserver timed out
gpg: ricezione dal keyserver fallita: errore del keyserver

E me lo fa con tutte le richieste di chiavi...
Cosa può essere?

Potresti cercare allora la chiave qui : http://keyserver.ubuntu.com:11371/ ,salvarla come file di testo e poi importarla tramite sorgenti software.

Apri un Terminale scegliendo dal menu "Applicazioni > Accessori > Terminale" e incollando una alla volta i comandi sotto riportati:

copia e incolla nel Terminale, e premi Invio...

gpg --export --armor EF4186FE247510BE | sudo apt-key add -

copia e incolla nel Terminale, e premi Invio...

Adesso scrivi (quando ti verrà chiesto di immettere una password, immetti la tua password che non verrà mostrata a video, dunque non si vedrà digitato niente, quindi premere Invio):

sudo apt-get update
sudo apt-get upgrade
sudo apt-get dist-upgrade

per aggiornare il sistema.

Dunque Derma, al 1° comando la risposta è stata:
gpg: richiesta della chiave 247510BE dal server hkp keyserver.ubuntu.com
gpg: keyserver timed out
gpg: ricezione dal keyserver fallita: errore del keyserver

Mentre il secondo comando dà:
gpg: ATTENZIONE: non è stato esportato nulla
gpg: non sono stati trovati dati OpenPGP validi.

NO!!! sputtani tutto il sistema!!!
