[Risolto] Permessi amministratore

Prima di tutto buongiorno e grazie a tutti quelli che mi vorranno aiutare.

Come solo dopo mi sono accorto è sucesso a tanti utentiprima di me di cambiare i permessi a delle cartelle per poi accorgersi d'avere fatto una boiata. Ora mi ritrovo con l's.o che non mi vede più i dischi esterni, non mi fa vedere il filesystem, non si aggiorna... ed altro ancora.

tutto questo e legato all'errore di cui sopra: vedendo il forum ho visto diverse soluzioni più o meno simili ed efficaci; Ho anche provato ad entrere con il ricovery mod e digitare comandi per me incomprensibili, ma essendo digiuno di comandi da terminale ho desistito.

Ditemi cosa devo digitare per postarvi il codice che vi servirà per indicarmi la procedura che devo fare e sarà fatto.

Non ho idea se riuscirai a farlo visti i limiti di amministrazione che ti ritrovi ma potresti provare a creare un altro utente con privilegi di amministratore e a entrare con quello. Sistema>>Amministrazione>>Utenti e gruppi , ti autentichi, e aggiungi un altro utente dandogli i permessi di amministrare il sistema.

Delle due l'una: o sai a quali cartelle e files hai cambiato i permessi, e li rimetti a posto. Oppure fai partire una live, monti la partizione e ti salvi i dati......e poi reinstalli

mah, non so nemmeno io se è fattibile visto che mi dice che "la configurazione non può essere caricata" quindi credo che  non posso assegnarmi nulla. Grazie comunque del consiglio.

da cui vedo che tutte le cartelle appartengono all'utente root, e non all'utente luca.

Se questa cartella non ti serve puoi indicarmi tu che codice postare per vedere quelle che servono?

Delle due l'una: o sai a quali cartelle e files hai cambiato i permessi, e li rimetti a posto. Oppure fai partire una live, monti la partizione e ti salvi i dati......e poi reinstalli

Non ho idea  quali siano effettivamente le cartelle interessate, quello che so e che per installare Mysql devo avere cambiato i permessi alla cartella che contiene tutto, ma è un operazione che ho fatto mesi fa e che non mi ha mai dato problemi sino al passaggio alla versione 9.10.

Ecco l'output del terminale. Ho anche notato un lucchetto nelle cartelle sys, proc e dev del fyle system, se dev sta per device credo che siano cartelle implicate: di fatto non vedo più nemmeno gli hardisk esterni.

Mentre per la cartella home vedo che i permessi (almeno per quello che ne soi io di comandi da terminale) e tutto a posto.

Qui effettivamente noto le cartelle tutte assegnate a root, ma ance notandolo non è che ci comprenda molto: come diciamo in Liguria "belin, speremo ben!" - Taduzione: accidenti, speriamo bene!

Nessun comando, ho cliccato le cartelle e ho scelto propietà per poi assegnare i permessi: ma sino a che non ho installato 9.10 non era disastrosa la situazione, anzi solo mysql non girava e non me ne facevo una croce.

Ho letto di procedure da terminale partendo dal recovery mode, non che ci capisca una mazza, ma visto che da sistema non c'è modo di ri-assegnare gli stessi permessi alle cartelle mi chiedevo se c'era un'altra via.

I problemi, secondo me, sono dovuti non ai permessi delle cartelle principali quanto a quelli delle sottocartelle; andare ad individuare, e cambiare, i permessi "errati" di ogni sottocartella è 'n'impresa non da poco!



P.S.: Io con "cartella" intendo una "parte", compresa tra due slash consecutivi, di un percorso; con directory, il percorso parziale o completo di una cartella...

Io con "cartella" intendo la valigetta di plastica trasparente in cui mettevo i disegni quando andavo al liceo. Come vedi non c'è consenso comune sul significato di cartella, mentre su quello di directory si.

A parte il fatto che la questione "cartella-directory" la uscisti tu, il post in cui specificai cosa si intende, o meglio cosa (anche) io intendo quando uso e leggo il termine "cartella", non era "off topic" poiché conteneva "anche" una considerazione riguardante strettamente il problema esposto da luca bettocchi; il post in cui specificasti dove mettevi i disegni quando frequentavi le "superiori", non ha invece alcuna inerenza coll'argomento del 3D.

Aprire un 3D per scoprire se sia "giusto" o "sbagliato" usare il termine "cartella" anziché "directory" ?... forse.
