PROBLEMA CON L'INSTALLAZIONE DI VMWARE SERVER

Salve a tutti
ho installato per la prima volta Kubuntu 9.10 sul mio pc (da premettere che è la prima volta in assoluto che utilizzo un sistema operativo Linux). Quando vado ad installare VMware server da terminale mi esce scritto:
