prova con sudo dkms remove -m quimettiunmodulo -v versionedelmodulo
di più non ti posso aiutare perchè attualmente non uso ubuntu e i driver di vbox NON li ho installati tramite dkms

quella che hai messo tu non è la versione ma la dimensione... dimenticavo di --all
