Sapete perchè google-earth si blocca all'avvio??

Salve a tutti..

Ho provato ad installare google-earth dai repository, ma quando lo apro all'avvio si blocca nella schermata iniziale..

L'ho disinstallato e reinstallato seguendo il link nel forum "google-earth per ubuntu", ma nulla;
si blocca sempre all'avvio...

Sapete darmi qualche dritta???

anche io ho lo stesso problema..ho provato a farlo partire da terminale ed ecco l'errore che mi restituisce..

Ho provato anche a disinstallare e reinstallare, ma nulla..
Ho anche cancellato dalla home la cartella googleearth e anche quella nascosta, ho reinstallato per l'ennesima volta ma nulla...
